Salary - £32405 DOE


Location:
NG2 4LA

Working hours hours per week / Monday to Friday

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office / 2 days working from home

Duration: 6 month contract

We are recruiting for the management function for the NHS Supply Chain operating model.


As a business they oversee the continuous improvement of the operating model and delivering of supply chain excellence and value to NHS trusts.


It is a really busy time for the team so currently you will need to be comfortable working in a busy fast paced environment and can handle multiple enquiries/tasks at once.

The role is HR admin primarily, with fleet admin/payroll.

Typical day to day duties

General administration duties

Co-ordination with the relevant teams on company car returns including guiding team members through the returns process

Co-ordinating with payroll on all company car to car allowance switches, ensuring eligibility matches up with reward statement.

Resolving car queries (e.g., early termination queries).

Working with payroll to answer queries where colleagues believe they have overpaid car tax.
