We're working with an early stage, rapidly scaling tech startup, hiring a Sales Executive to join their team as an early-hire.

This startup has built a tech-enabled recruitment platform to efficiently connect businesses with experienced independent consultants for high value projects.


They've quickly gained traction and established a strong brand on both sides of their market and so are now looking for a new Sales Executive to join their team.


You'll be responsible for inbound and outbound sales, managing end to end sales process through to close and ensuring the smooth launch of each new project.

You'll need to be a great communicator and understand how to engage and manage relationships with senior stakeholders.

What experience do you need? Good question_


You'll need a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally high value deals with longer sales processes and involving multiple client stakeholders.

This could be SaaS sales but a background in permanent or contract would also be well suited


Ideally you'll have previously worked in an early stage startup and understand how to do more with less whilst staying adaptable.

We expect you'll probably have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a client-facing, closing role.

What can I expect in return?_

£40k-£60k base salary, depending on your experience level. £80k-£120k OTE, uncapped. Equity options, remote-first working, rapid career progression to leadership, output focused - no old fashioned KPI's.
