About The Role:

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will lead all electrical activities on site, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable operations. This role oversees electrical compliance, standards, and governance.

• Led capital project electrical scopes
• Provides technical authority escalation support for shift electricians

A core focus is developing capability through coaching training performance management of shift teams Reporting to the Engineering Manager you will partner with operations to deliver continuous improvement risk reduction asset reliability while meeting regulatory requirements business objectives consistently.
