We work with local letting agents to provide detailed reports pre and post tenancy as well as interim property inspections.

Job description

With the busy summary period ahead we are looking for a 2/3 days per week Part Time self employed inventory clerk to support a growing business.

If you're currently unemployed or can work during the day time (and potentially the occasional weekends), have a valid driving license (with access to a car) and are based in Bristol, this could be the role for you.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
To carry out property inventories, check-in/check-out and assessment reports in line with agreed timescales and service standards

To compile the inventory report and check-in/check-out reports via our in-house software ensuring that all reports are accurate and complete

To arrange, then collect and return keys to and from Estate agents ensuring they are returned immediately following the inspection

To meet tenants or agents at the properties at the agreed times

To ensure that all appointments are attended on time

Your attributes:

Keen attention to detail
A selfstarter who can work unsupervised
A caring attitude with a diplomatic approach
Well organised and a good communicator
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Able to work flexibly within a standard working day, including occasional Saturdays
Computer literate (access to a tablet preferable)
A car owner with a valid license
