As a Salon Assistant, you will provide support to our salon professionals and ensure a positive experience for our clients.

• Assist salon professionals with various tasks, including shampooing, conditioning, and styling hair
• Prepare salon stations and ensure they are clean and wellstocked with supplies
• Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Schedule appointments and manage the salon's booking system
• Assist with store management duties, such as inventory management and product organization
• Manage the front desk area, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and handling payments
• Upsell salon products and services to clients

• Previous experience in a salon or beautyrelated setting is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Knowledge of store management practices is a plus
• Customer serviceoriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry trends
