    About this Opportunity

    We are seeking an experienced and proactive New Build Sales Consultant to join our team at Reed Property & Construction. As a key player in our sales team, you will be instrumental in delivering sales reservations across various sites or from a single large-scale site within the region.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Operate onsite from the Sales Office/Show home/Head office from Tuesday to Saturday, 9am-5.30pm, managing sales and marketing suites and show homes to ensure high levels of presentation and brand promotion.
    2. Contact all sales enquiries/leads within 48 hours, arranging viewings, surveys, completions, and home demonstrations as required.
    3. Ensure that all properties are reserved in line with policies and procedures, including eligibility, affordability, and compliance requirements.

    Requirements:

    1. A minimum of 1 year experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
    2. A proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
    3. Experience working with CRM and sales management systems.
