Are you and experienced sales and recruitment consultant.

We are a newly founded recruitment agency looking for a consultant who is self-starter looking to build from the ground up based on value to the customer in everything.


If you are looking for a challenge in your next role and would like to work in a start-up business this role could be for you.


Responsibilities (Not an exhaustive list)

  • Communicating in differing formats with and for new clients.
  • Prospecting for new clients.
  • Manage the client's needs and expectations.
  • Maintaining strong relationships in the market.
  • Recruiting of potential employees for the customer.
  • Working to improve recruitment efficiency.

Requirements:


One or both of:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Recruitment.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Sales Role.

Benefits

  • Basic salary £20,000 per Anum
  • 20 days paid leave per Anum
  • Commission 10% of invoice
  • Hybrid working

Salary:
£25,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
