Are you looking for a Fundraising role that makes a real difference to a local charity? Could you volunteer and support Acorns in the GL1-GL6 area?At Acorns we provide care and support for life limited or life threatened children and their families.
We are a charity, and our fundraising is vital to enable us to continue providing care and support to the children:
it costs around £10 million a year to run our care services.
Being a Fundraising Volunteer is an exciting and varied role that helps us to raise money for the children and family we care for.
You could also stand in a location with a charity collection bucket, collecting change as people pass by or approach businesses to place a charity tin.
Whether you choose to volunteer as an individual or bring your friends, family, or colleagues, all are welcome to #TeamAcornsHow much time will it take?
Our fundraising happens throughout the year, so it's up to you whether you join us for an hour at the beginning of an event, to a whole morning, afternoon, or evening.
