How you'll make a difference

The role will be responsible for supporting the Agile Delivery Lead community across
CIO within feature teams to adher e to Scrum principles and practices, facilitating the agile development process and ensure that the cycles of continuous improvement occurs.

What you'll bring

Excellent communication with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Ability to interact and develop diverse stakeholder groupings in support of delivery activity

Take ownership of tasks within Agile deliveries, including the resolution of key issues and blockers, delivery plan, business case / financial support and completing delivery lifecycle governance.

Manage limited scale initiatives independently on a self sufficient basis.

Provide planning input and support for Agile ceremonies.

Deputise where necessary for Delivery Leads and Product Owners.

Previous experience of operating within an Agile environment. Scaled Agile qualification(s) would be an advantage.

Strong analytical skills.

Advanced knowledge of Project Management tools (e.g. Kiplot, JIRA, Confluence).
