ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Master Data and Query Resolutions Team Leader.
In this role you will be responsible for leading a team in the administration of order to cash ledger maintenance, reconciliation of transactional data which includes data cleansing and maintenance.
This will include the life cycle of a customer from on boarding through to payment of invoices within Oxford University Press credit control policies and procedure and to ensure that all customer accounts maintenance are up to date within agreed SLAs.
Key Accountabilities:
- Managing the set up and approval of new accounts in line with agreed policies
- Manage regular and ongoing digital account reconciliations and reporting on claims and underpayment to accounts where deductions occur
- Ensure accurate monthly reporting is in place for volumes and performance on all metrics managed in your area
- Ensure the team maintain accurate and uptodate customer information to the master data and customer files both open and set for close.
- Manage the outsource service providers for the team from handling and monitoring progress reports and timely interactions.
- Act as a 'go to lead expert' in handling of all documentation such as export documents
- Assist and support with all the Credit and Collections and Cash Allocation and reporting teams to ensure cover on business critical tasks during peak periods
This is a fixed term contract for 13 months.
