What will the role involve?

Account management and solidifying client relationships
Lead generation and new business activity.
Attending client meetings both in person and virtually
Adhering to Employment Law and internal best practice processes
Negotiating fees and terms of business
Working to targets and KPIs
Updating and maintaining the integrity of the CRM database

Who are we looking for?

Strong commercial acumen and decisionmaking skills
Superior relationship builder with a natural ability to build trustbased relationships
Sales focused with proven track record of growing market share
Recruitment industry experience essential
