About us:

Epson Telford Limited was established in 1987, we are on a 50-acre site and operate a 24/7 manufacturing site.

We are the only European manufacturing and distribution site for ink cartridges and têxtile inks.

These products are shipped to an Epson warehouse in Germany where they are then distributed throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.


Quality and innovation is at the heart of everything we do, from our Cleanroom environment to our in-house machinery, design and technology improvements from which we use our own Epson 6-axis robots.


Shift:

Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm


Main duties and responsibilities:


  • Responsible for arrangement of the authorisation from the SMT of all visitors that request to come onsite, to ensure all paperwork is received in advance
  • Support on Qpulse documentation as and when required to include document changes, organisational chart and job descriptions
  • Arrangements and logging of calibration to include the calibration log sheet
  • Collation and storage of machine safety check forms for RS & Toolroom
  • First aid data onsite based on shifts
  • Waste management transfer notes logged and updated
  • Production (Croom & Pillow) paperwork completed daily
  • Booking of annual medicals for HR based on shift availability and Occupational health diary, such as Como & Drivers medicals
  • Supporting of work cycles for Finance
  • Raising of HR PO's and clearing work cycles as and when required
  • Ordering of flowers for staff
  • Control of Logging and removing of VIPs and informing staff of the award
  • Logging of the Christmas allowance forms and ensuring correct sign of and process has been followed
  • Raising of purchase order for departments as and when support is required
  • Support in the absence of Staff on raising PO and purchasing goods
  • Supporting the administration of Kaizen and promotions
  • Supporting managers on their department's kaizen documents

Essential qualifications:


  • Business Admin Level 2/3

Experience required:


  • Awareness of Kaizen techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail and helpful nature
  • Strong PC literacy including Word & Excel
