Description
A Tech lead IFA firm is looking to hire an experienced IFA Administrator to assist the Head of Advise and their Paraplanner.
You will be liaising with Product providers and completing the Administration for Investments and Pension Advice.
You will have the opportunity to work from home 4 days a week and 1 day in the office to handle post etc in the Leamington Spa office.
The salary range for an IFA Administrator is £24,000 - £27, days Holiday + Bank holiday and the ability to buy an extra 5 days.
You will also receive funding for your CII and a further £500 a year to spend on your personal development.
As an Administrator, you will:
Manage all Admin Services efficiently and professionally.
Engage in direct contact with Product Providers to gather essential information and ensure timely delivery of our services.
Provide Admin Support to the Personal Advice Team, utilizing our internal processes and systems.
Ensure strict adherence to FCA requirements, maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation.
Perform monthly reconciliations and process relevant cases using Intelligent Office.
Conduct fund switches
We're looking for someone with:
A strong command of Excel,
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong administrative and organisation skills.
Experience and knowledge of Investment and Pensions products
