About the Role:


Our newly formed Product Operations team is responsible for managing the configurations and technical setup of both our Black Cab marketplace and 3rd party supplier aggregation business models.


Reporting to the Director of Product Operations, you will play a pivotal role at ensuring our technology platform performs as required across both operational performance and pricing on both business models, configuring systems, troubleshooting issues and executing projects in support of cross functional teams.

This role has a bias towards pricing configuration and management specifically.


Your daily task would include identifying areas of improvements within our backend, implementation of pricing configurations per class, managing and cleaning up fee plans for clients and suppliers, raising bugs and ensuring accurate alignment across all areas related to pricing.


Responsibilities:


  • Configure backend systems to setup new or manage existing 3rd party suppliers
  • Manage and configure pricing setups for 3rd party suppliers, at onboarding and in the event of rate changes
  • Execute projects by managing the operational configuration of new setups or changes e.g. Airports operational redesign
  • Troubleshoot issues via ticketing queue as raised by cross functional teams e.g. Account Management
  • Neatly document and communicate cross functional teams on changes to operational configurations, focusing on converting any technical jargon into easy to consume information

Requirements:


  • 2+ years experience within platform management
  • Experience and confident working with Excel/Google Sheets basic competencies E.g. Pivot Tables
  • Experience with data entry
  • Organised, attention to detail and meticulous personality
