We develop and deliver energy efficiency and fuel poverty alleviation projects and are tendered to deliver assistance schemes across Dorset for both Local Authorities.
We advise householders on saving energy in the home, the funding available to assist them and we carry out home assessments and surveys to get insulation, heating and renewable energy measures installed through our extensive supply chain partners.
Due to high fuel bills, planned expansion and additional contracts, we are looking for an energetic and motivated team player to join our Project Team.
Main purposes of job
Key tasks
Assist customers with energy advice/scheme advice.
Booking survey appointments.
Data entry and management of company systems including Excel spreadsheets.
Energy advisor administration and record keeping for reporting.
Basic Auditing and Account administration support.
General office administration tasks.
Other ad-hoc office/project administration tasks as required.
Desired Knowledge/Experience/Skills
- Experience of project support work or office administration.
- Customer service experience, either via telephone or face to face.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Excel and databases.
- Excellent verbal communicator, particularly an articulate phone manner.
- Strong English writing skills.
- Must be willing to attend company training to become an energy advisor if required
- Excellent organisation skills
