Job Description:


As a Boutique Concierge, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and security of our premises while providing an unparalleled level of customer service in a luxury setting.


Responsibilities:

1.


Security Operations:


  • Monitor and manage property entrances, ensuring a secure and safe environment with a focus on representing the company in a luxury manner.
  • Utilise CCTV and surveillance equipment to maintain a vigilant eye on the premises, facilitating and moderating access during peak times.
  • Conduct regular patrols to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, theft, or damages in a discreet and sophisticated manner.
  • Respond rapidly to incidents such as theft, fire, or unauthorised entry, maintaining the utmost professionalism.

Customer Service:


  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, opening the door to customers and ensuring a seamless entry experience.
  • Authorise entrance of individuals with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to creating a positive first impression.
  • Assist and guide visitors and staff with any inquiries or concerns, demonstrating the highest standards of customer care.
  • Represent the company in a luxury way, delivering a service that exceeds expectations.

Delivery Management:


  • Oversee company deliveries, ensuring accuracy in invoicing and goods received while maintaining an air of sophistication.
  • Verify the identity of delivery personnel and authorise access to the premises in line with the company's luxury standards.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to maintain a smooth and secure delivery process, reflecting the boutique's commitment to excellence.

Communication and Documentation:


  • Maintain detailed logs and reports regarding visitors, incidents, thefts, and scheduled maintenance with a focus on discretion.
  • Check and ensure the proper functioning of emergency call boxes, security lighting, and alarms to uphold the boutique's reputation for quality.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals from diverse cultural, religious, and professional backgrounds in a manner befitting a luxury establishment.

Training and Certifications:


  • Stay informed about industry best practices and implement security protocols with an emphasis on maintaining a luxury environment.

Team Collaboration:


  • Work collaboratively with other security personnel and staff members to ensure a cohesive and secure working environment.
  • Participate actively as an excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
7.


On-Call Duty:


  • Be available for oncall duty, responding promptly and professionally if the alarm system is activated outside regular working hours.
