Do you have experience in new homes sales or even luxury retail or was once an air hostess?

We have a range of new homes property roles for individuals looking for flexible working hours. It's time to take control of your work life and start contracting

This is a perfect opportunity if you are looking to get into new homes industry or if you are looking for contracting work.

Job Requirements:

ASAP start date... short notice period
Well presented with exceptional people skills
Proactively work to devise and suggest new marketing ideas to drive new lead generation for the development
Excellent communication skills, conducting viewings face to face and virtually through to negotiating offers
Assume responsibility for resolving customer's issues efficiently
Progress sales from reservation through to exchange of contracts and legal completion
Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with new homeowners
Liaising with various agents and international buyers
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
