VALUATION SURVEYOR (BIRMINGHAM) (

Our Birmingham Valuation team are recruiting for an RICS Registered Valuer to join their team.

The role will include a mix of valuation work with key clients across industrial, offices and retail. In addition, you will be involved in residential and commercial development valuations for both developers and funders.

Key Responsibilities

Identifying new business opportunities within own discipline
Managing existing client relationships at middle to senior management level on a daytoday basis
Organising and attending client meetings
Preparing standard reports, valuations, submissions and on more complex issues with guidance
Managing a number of small instructions
Contributing to the team target

Key Requirements

Qualifications

Educated to degree level
MRICS
RICS Registered Valuer

Experience

Track record of delivery in the UK Real Estate market within a consultancy or transactional background
Good analytical skills
Preferred knowledge of Argus/KEL or other valuation software (training available)
Microsoft package proficient
