The Customer Service Advisor will:

  • Process of customer orders onto the system
  • Deal with daily stock takes and work with the companies warehouses
  • Assist with customer queries & enquiries
  • Process sales returns and logging them onto the system daily
  • Manage all customer calls into the office
  • Work closely with suppliers
  • Manage the order processing, chasing and querying any orders
  • Take on any office administrative tasks given
To be considered for the Customer Service Advisor you will:

  • Have previous office experience
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Include strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Have the ability to deal with all types of customers
  • Maintain the ability to carry out tasks under pressure
  • Be organised and able to prioritise work load
  • Be approachable, confident and have a customer focused attitude
  • Maintain excellent attention to detail
