Your role is to join our project team who are responsible for new implementations of Acumatica, and improvement projects within existing clients.

You will find Acumatica a pleasure to work with as it's a modern ERP system, created with carefully considered design principles which result in a highly function solution, and provides a plethora of configurable tools to solve business requirements.

This role is primarily for
remote working, client site visits are required from time to time. All travel expenses are paid by Arcus.

General Role and Responsibilities:

• Implementation discovery / scoping, Project analysis, Scope of work creation, and complex Fit-Gap Analysis
• Analyse, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs
• Follow established implementation methodology
• Assist with the development and implementation of new or improved service delivery strategies and initiatives
• Develop and/or maintain all project documentation and client reporting
• Client communication including answering questions, tracking issues, monitoring changes and resolving or escalating problems
• Craft, plan, and conduct presentations for all phases of the project methodology
• Provide user training and documentation
• Provide feedback and suggested solutions regarding Arcus's services for improvement, deficiencies, or challenges
• Assist and mentor new team members as assigned

Example Skills and Background:

• Installation and configuration experience with Business Application Software (ERP)
• Accounting background and experience including the ability to intelligently discuss accountingrelated issues / financial reports; understand and develop financial reports, Draw Taccounts for analytical uses, know basic accounting concepts ledgers, subledgers, debits and credits.
• Software presentation and demonstration experience.
• ERP System Financial and Adhoc report writing a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server; SQL Server relational database concepts including database schemas and the ability to understand a relational database design.
• Organised and analytical, able to eliminate implementation obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
• Language and Communication Skills. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to requests.
• Read, analyse, and interpret general business and technical information
