CUSTOMER SERIVCE ADMIN

The Role
We are looking forcustomer service admin to work with a well known waste company in Wembley. You will be working in a team to take calls, deal with customer queries. You will need to be confident on the phone and have a good telephone manner.


Main Dutys and responsibitys

  • Preparing simple reports regarding open enquiries.
  • You will be expected to ensure that all responses (written or verbal) to customers are of a high quality, detailing appropriate advice and based on accurate information. Where necessary ensuring that appropriate internal 'quality checks' are undertaken before responses are issued

Work Pattern

  • Monday to Friday (Working 1 in 3 Saturdays)
  • Shift start time can vary to fit your schedule. Usual start times from 08:00, 09:00, 09:30am
- hours per day


Salary

  • Monday to Friday £11.00 a hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
  • Temp to Perm

Requirements:


  • Admin Experience or working in a call center
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Good clear communcation skills
