Contact Centre Advisor - Halifax (HX3)

£23,000 to £25,000 + uncapped commission

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5pm (40 hours)

The Company
Due to expansion, our client is looking for Contact Centre Advisors to join their new, developing team. By offering expert consultations and advise to customers, they have quickly become the best in their market with a leading edge on their competitors

Full training is provided so it doesn't matter if you are a beginner or a sales pro.


Duties

  • Generate appointments for the sales team
  • Handling sales enquiries in a professional manner
  • Qualifying inbound sales enquiries
  • Making outbound sales calls to prospective client
  • Booking consultations appointments for the sales team and managing diaries

Requirements:


  • Experience working in telemarketing/sales or similar
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • LinkedIn canvassing experience is desired but not essential
  • Experience working in a customer facing role/telesales
