Description
My client are a well-established operation with a major site in Milton Keynes.

As a result of steady growth they are looking to hire an additional Helpdesk Engineer who will handle mostly second line calls for onsite and home based colleagues.


The team have a presence on site and therefore the initial expectation is to be based full time in the office however WFH flexibility is available upon completion of probation.

You will support users across the UK and enjoy a variation of technical challengesas well as on site / face to face support with colleagues.


They are paying a generous standing salary of circa £30,000 and for this are expecting just a couple of years' experience within an IT support, Service Desk or Helpdesk environment.

You will be a good problem solver, have solid communication skills and bedriven and motivated to further your technical knowledge.

Specific experience supporting O365, Active Directory, tablets, mobiles and printers is required as is the ability to work on site in Milton Keynes.


The team have a track record for offering great progression and recent promotions have seen people move into 3rd line, security or cloud focused roles.
