The West of England Mayoral Combined Authority (MCA) is looking for a highly motivated Programme Manager to join the Organisations Transformation team on a 2 year fixed-term basis.We're looking for someone who can bring people with them, using strong influencing and relationship-building skills to navigate complex systems, and drive real change and innovation.
You will need to be an excellent communicator and a skilled influencer, able to build trust and credibility with senior leaders, programme boards, sponsor boards and colleagues across all levels.
Delivering the MCA's Organisational Improvement Programme is a strategic priority.
