Page Personnel are currently recruiting an Administrator on behalf of their established client based in Leeds.My client are looking for someone who can support the MD and Manager with day-to-day duties along with an opportunity to help them explore newmarkets.
Client Details
My client are a third-party logistics provider that operate on a global basis.
They have multiple offices across the UK region however this role will be based at their Leeds office on a full time basis (free parking onsite).
Due to continued growth, my clientare looking for an Administrator to support the wider team in a fast paced, challenging environment.
Description
The key duties/ responsibilities of the Administrator role will include:
- Sending, processing, and chasing invoices
- Requesting quotations
- Researching and reporting back findings within the freight market
- Shadow processing export shipments progressing to dealing with import air and sea freights.
- Arrange deliveries
- Screen and direct telephone calls
- Obtain updates from airlines, shipping lines and hauliers for delivery updates
- Maintain and updating customer spreadsheets
- Tasks as requested by the MD and Manager
Profile
- Good attention to detail
- Organised
- Proficient on MS Packages (Excel/ Word/ Outlook)
- Great communication skills (both written/ verbal)
- Previous office based experience
Job Offer
Upto 24k Salary + Free onsite parking + Great progression Opportunities + Monday - Friday hours
