An independent Estate Agency with a wide scope over London is looking for an exceptional Team Administrator for their expanding and thriving business in the heart of West Hampstead.

This role will support the successful sales team.

The Team Administrator will receive £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience. After completion of probation, working from home one day a week will be available.


The business is one of the best estate agencies in the country and are recognised for their customer service with fantastic reviews online.

To enable their consultants and valuers to do what they do best, which is building strong relationships with local people and providing an exceptional service, they are looking for someone to take the reigns as the Team Administrator.

Taking control of everything administrative, you will coordinate a smooth transition all the way from a new client saying 'I want to sell my property' to making sure all the marketing material looks flawless before it goes online for everyone to see; our window to the world

What does the day-to-day role look like for the Team Administrator?

  • Collating information from clients, anything from AML documents and EPC's to finding what they most love about their home so we can present it in the best way to attract the right buyers.
  • Pulling all sales information together, producing sales memorandums and writing to all parties.
  • Collating figures and data to help measure team performance and project growth.
  • Finalising property details & brochures, including photos, videos and descriptions.
  • Linking up with the marketing and social media team to share details of unique properties and special features.
