I'm seeking a skilled Procurement Coordinator to join a thriving and dynamic business in Harrogate.

As a Procurement Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring third-party products are available at the right place, time, and price, leveraging yourprocurement experience to thrive in this fast-paced environment.

What does the role entail?

  • Creating and maintaining purchase orders using an ERP system
  • Conducting thorough analysis of thirdparty purchasing to ensure costeffectiveness and efficiency
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure ontime delivery of highquality goods at optimal prices
  • Efficiently managing inventory levels to prevent stockouts and ensure timely delivery by placing packing and purchase orders
  • Quickly resolving invoice queries, working closely with suppliers to ensure all invoices are correct and paid on time.

What skills and experience are ideal?

  • At least one year of experience in a fastpaced procurement environment
  • Proficiency in Excel the ability to create and manipulate complex spreadsheets
  • Sharpened analytical skills, with the confidence to work with large/complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
