We have an exciting opportunity for a Website Executive to join our team.
This position is based in the Digital team in the Digital Transformation department, and answers to the Head of Digital.
You will edit and publish content, manage our website analytics, provide direct support to our site users, and participate in our process of Digital Transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Edit, upload and publish content to our main website, and other online platforms
- Manage website analytics and reporting
- Work with colleagues in the Digital Transformation department to transform and improve our digital processes and procedures
- Manage queries received from users of our various online platforms
- Monitor and manage user feedback
About you
Requirements:
- Experience working with developing and publishing online content
- Experience managing website analytics, dashboards and reports
- Experience of delivering support to users, both internal stakeholders and external customers
