Service Desk Analyst - Bath - £21,000
Lorien Global are working in partnership with a growing software house based in Bath. After continued success they're looking to add an IT Service Desk Analyst into their growing support team.
Your position is to ensure the smooth support to customers, taking technical queries that come into the support team. You will be diagnosing and troubleshooting the faults to understand the problem and resolve within a timely manner.
We're looking for someone who has a key interest in a career in IT as in this role you get provided full training and an excellent career pathway into becoming an IT Support Analyst.
To be a success in this role you must have a blend of the following skills:- Strong customer service skills from either telephone or face-to-face experience
- A key interest in technology and a form of IT based education (University/College/A-Levels/Home Learning)
- Must have a great attention to detail
- Must be able to work on your own and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
