Job Description:
Administration Duties will include but not limited to;
- Arrange meetings, book conference rooms, refreshments etc. and liaise with other attendees, both internal and external
- Support Business Assistant with Meeting Management
- Make arrangements for large external and internal meetings (not Director diary management)
- Support travel booking queries. Note employees will be required to book directly through business travel/travel doo.
- Monitor post as appropriate and ensure that all client related correspondence is passed on to an appropriate director if the relevant person is out of the office
- Enter, maintain and update client details and relevant information on company databases at request of Cost Centre Leader
- Deal with client queries and general administration
- Deal with cost centre finance D365 requirements invoicing, purchase ledger, opportunities etc. as required by the segment team.
- Assist wider Business Support team as and when required based on resource and requests from the BA.
- Provide reception cover as directed by the Business Assistant
- Provide company system support and local IT support at requested by the BA
Qualifications:
- Team Administrator/Team Secretary with proven experience looking after a large and busy team
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills using Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
- Professional, highly organised, efficient, reliable, good eye for detail, confident, selfmotivated, proactive, good telephone manner, willing to go 'the extra mile'.
- Works well in a team and can work on their own initiative with minimum supervision.
