Description
CMA HR Division is currently seeking an L&D Advisor to start as soon as possible on a Part Time Permanent basis to join a growing non-profit charitable organisation based in Southampton.
As a vital member of the team, you'll be contributing to the development of the culture in line with their values, partnering and supporting the team to help them build and develop an exceptional service to their employees.
What will the role involve?
- Experience of working in a Learning & Development role in order to carry out the work outlined above;
- Knowledge of the Social Care Sector and the learning and development requirements associated;
- Experience of working with providers of Learning solutions;
- Designing and Delivering L&D training;
- Experience of Evaluating Learning and Development options;
- Excellent written, verbal and presentational communication skills;
- Able to work on own and as part of a team;
- Excellent liaison and negotiating skills;
- Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office packages, with a good understanding of elearning and learning platforms.
- Has previous experience in designing and delivering L&D Solutions;
- Has a clean Full UK Driver's License;
- Can work flexibly to meet the needs of the company.
