As the Customer Account Executive / Stock Controller you will serve to manage a portfolio of customers, whilst supported by an experienced Account Manager.
You will be the main point of contact for day-to-day customer queries and will be responsible for Customer relationship development - building customer knowledge and drive retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting both the Commercial Director and Sales & Service Manager in achieving the budgeted sales for the group.
- Ensure that the contract renewal program is actively progressed and successes shared with the commercial team and wider business.
- Organise, prepare and deliver customer contract renewal meetings.
- Build customer relationship to ensure account retention/renewals.
- Prepare and communicate price increases (typically annual).
- Improve linen utilisation within customer accounts.
- Communicate and educate customers to instil Swiss Camplings disciplines.
- Work with the Customer Services and Finance teams to ensure payments/debt control is maintained.
- Identify new prospects whilst out visiting existing customers within the East Anglia region.
- Carry out customer stock visits & educating customers on stock control 'best practices'.
- Carry out desktop analysis to identify stock management anomalies.
- Act upon feedback from driver debrief process.
- Carry out full administration and Tikos housekeeping where required.
Essential Criteria:
- Account management/stock control management.
- Work across a multi-site customer base in East Anglia.
- Ability to work to a high standard with an attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality and build relationships with people from a variety of backgrounds.
- Good time management skills, including the ability to prioritise and plan work to meet deadlines
- Proactive, dynamic, make things 'happen'.
- Excellent IT, verbal and written communication skills with colleagues and professional agencies.
- Full & Clean driving licence.
