Great Central Plastics Ltd is a well-established Injection Moulding company. We are currently seeking a Production Operator to join our team. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for assembling and manufacturing products in a warehouse setting. It is a varied role rotating on a regular basis, from end of machine production, assembly, printing, to recycling material. You will get the opportunity to work on projects for the likes of Spotify, Coca Cola, Disney etc.

We are based in Woodford Halse (Near Daventry). It is a village location which provides all the necessary amenities.


Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly tasks according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Read and interpret work orders.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with assembly processes and techniques.

Skills:

• Ability to assemble products according to specifications.
• Good manual dexterity.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• To complete relevant quality & stock sheets.
• Basic Mathematics.
• To work accurately, at a fast pace.
• The ability to interpret instructions and follow company policies & procedures.
• The capability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Note:

If you live outside of Woodford Halse, it is essential that you are able to drive into work, as public transport is not adequate for commuting in and out of the village.

Salary:
£9.00-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
