WHO YOU ARE


As the Senior Volatility Quant Trader, you will work with researchers and developers to design and back test options strategies as well as trading them on a daily basis and managing portfolio risk.

You will also be responsible for leading a trading desk and building up books, as well as building out the options trading platform.

Ideally you will have at least 7 years of experience in trading options related strategies, with a strong PnL track record in the areas of quantitative IV/RV and dispersion strategies.


  • Lead a trading desk and build up books in the areas of quantitative IV/RV and dispersion strategies.
  • Develop and implement positional risktaking strategies for the options portfolio.
  • Utilize quantitative methods to analyze and interpret market data.
  • Collaborate with other traders and researchers to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Monitor and manage portfolio risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay current with market trends and developments, continuously improving trading strategies and processes.

IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE

  • 710 years of experience trading options related strategies, with a strong PnL track record in RV and dispersion.
  • Single stock option trading experience is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of quantitative methods and technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with good English skills.
