Mason Hayes Curran LLP is a leading Irish law firm based in Dublin with offices in San Francisco, New York and London.

We are a business law firm with extensive knowledge and experience in the following sectors:
Energy, Technology, Financial Services, Built Environment and Healthcare Life Sciences.


Our London team is seeking an office Manager / PA to support a number of fee earners, mainly in the Corporate space.

Working closely with a team of legal secretaries and PAs, you will provide support with billing, travel arrangements, diary management and online filing in a paperless environment.


This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional with an appetite for the legal industry to grow and develop their career as part of a supportive team; full training will be provided.


Responsibilities include
- providing legal administrative and PA support to a team of solicitors, mainly Corporate;
- billing - coordinate and manage the billing process for your team, including month-end (running WIP lists, drafting/finalising bills, issuing to clients/e-billing team for uploading to e-billing systems);
- ensuring online filing is accurate and completed in a timely manner, as part of a paperless environment;
- coordinating fee earners' diaries and travel arrangements as required; and
- liaising with clients and external stakeholders
- office management function for London staff and accommodating visits from other offices

  • 25 years of experience in a busy legal support / PA role;
- experience with billing and ebilling systems/portals;
- excellent organisational skills;
- strong attention to detail; and
- a team player with a proactive mindset.
