Job Title Project Manager month contract

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage the 'break-out' of a business to run as its own separate entity within a 12 month period.

This will cover managing the whole operational function such as Finance, Systems, bringing this in-houseand ensuring the right level of communication with key stakeholders both internally and externally.

The Role

  • A highprofile project with focus areas including looking at the Finance function, assessing systems used and working on key policies;
  • Assess operational interconnections to ensure the smooth transition of a standalone entity;
  • Help to advise leadership on people;
  • Leading on the migration of systems and the implementation of a new system;
  • Develop an overall program, setting of guidelines, boundaries, timelines and priorities;
  • Ensuring business continuity with previous business;
  • Working closely with the parent company based in the US
  • Project planning and project management is key, ideally coming from an consultancy background;
  • Experience within an Operations role would be advantageous
  • Critical thinking
  • Strong communication
  • Business acumen
  • Strong organisational and presentation skills
  • Previous experience of working with businesses in the US
  • Sustainable energy background would be beneficial
This role is a contract position for 12 months potentially increasing to 15 months. Based in London but would also be a hybrid role
