An opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Receptionist at Sandfield House Farm Caravan Park in Whitby.
The key to the role is to deliver a 5 star service to our seasonal and touring customers whilst maintaining excellent customer relations and adhering to company policy.
- Acting as a first pointofcontact for customers, providing a warm welcome
- Answer the telephone in a polite and professional manner and deal with any telephone enquiries efficiently
- Taking customers to pitches
- Taking bookings over the phone, using the inhouse booking system and filing for both the caravan park and holiday cottage.
- Provide administrative support to the Manager
- Dealing with questions and queries in a friendly, professional manner.
- Keeping the area of reception clean, tidy and presentable.
- Keep items in the shop and tourist information stocked at all times.
- Money handling and cashing up.
- Keeping information on the park and customers up to date.
- Enter data to ensure records are all up to date.
- Establish and maintain effective working relations with coworkers, manager and customers
- Perform duties on the park in an efficient ,professional and courteous manner and adhere to relevant health and safety procedures and GDPR rules.
- Ensure you are punctual, professional and presentable at all times.
- Maintain stationery stocks and oversee the ordering of new supplies
Other tasks may asked to be carried out
Undertake other duties not specified above which may arise from time to time and be determined by the manager.

Qualifications:
- A previous experience of office work is desirable
