About the role
An opportunity has arisen for a Technical Support Officer to join our Building Control & Local Land Charges team at North Northamptonshire Council.
You will be required to support the Building Control & Local Land Charges service delivery by monitoring mailboxes, responding to customer queries, processing Local Authority searches, and maintain registers/ records using computerised systems, data files, and maps/plans.
About youThis role will suit someone who enjoys working to deadlines within a busy, small team environment, has an eye for detail, is organised and accurate in their work.
This is an exciting opportunity to begin a career in Local Government or switch to a new role with new opportunities.
This role will primarily be based at our Kettering office however you may be asked to work at our other North Northamptonshire offices from time to time.
Previous experience of working in a Local Land Charges service is desirable however not essential as full training will be provided.
