Customer Service Advisor (Out of Hours)

Location:
Rusholme Place, Manchester, M14 5TE

Salary:
£23,478

Hours of Work:
Working an Average 42 hours per week, working 12 hour shift on a 4 on, 4 off pattern, between 8pm and 8am.

What you will be doing:

Providing a friendly and engaging reception service to our residents
Driving sales and delivering excellent customer service
Conduct regular student surveys to drive and grow engagement
Ensure that Health and Safety is at the forefront to maintain resident safety
Most importantly you will be a team player and support your village team
