Key Responsibilities:


  • Deliver topnotch accountancy services to our clients, reflecting Arvo's commitment to excellence and innovation.
  • Analyse financial data, prepare reports, and provide expert advice to clients, ensuring their financial success.
  • Stay uptodate with accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry trends to deliver the best possible solutions.
  • Collaborate with our dynamic team to develop strategies that elevate Arvo's market position and drive growth.
  • Engage with clients, building lasting relationships based on trust, reliability, and outstanding service.

Requirements:


  • Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the accountancy sector, with a track record of success in your respective area of expertise.
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
  • A passion for continuous learning and adaptability to a rapidly changing industry.
  • 1 year experience in an accountancy practice.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using Xero.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.

Duties:


  • Perform financial accounting and reporting tasks, including preparing financial statements, balance sheet reconciliation, and account reconciliation.
  • Manage accounts payable and ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
  • Conduct bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial management activities.
  • Provide support in the preparation of financial reports and analysis to other members of the team.
  • Utilise Xero or similar accounting software to maintain accurate financial records on behalf of our clients.
