Senior Site Manager - £25M Leisure Centre extension

Your new companyA leading Tier 1 Contractor working both regionally and nationally on a variety of new build commercial schemes from £5 - £50 mill seek an experienced Lead Site Manager to join the team at overseeing a new build £30m Leisure facility in Southampton. This state-of-the-artfacility will include fitness suites, a climbing wall, and a gym, Steel Frame construction. Project is a flagship scheme working for a key client and an extremely important position. Role is permanent with a quick turnaround for the right person.
**Your new role

As the Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the construction site, including managing a team of Site Managers, Engineers, and Trainees.

You will be expected to ensure that the project is completed on time,within budget, and to the highest possible standards.

Safety is absolutely fundamental to the project delivery as is maintaining the positive existing client relationship.
