ARMANI OUTLET - BICESTER VILLAGE

Armani Outlet in Bicester Village is looking for an Operation Assistant to assist in maintaining company standards to maximise sales and minimise losses.

To give customers give the best luxury service at all times, and be a support role for stock controller and management in both the back and front of the house.

The Operations Assistant role:

To be proficient with till systems and procedures.
To understand and put into practice the training given.
To set up the tills ready for the day and maintain them throughout the day.
To ensure that all transactions are put through the till correctly.
To be aware of the Company Returns Policy and ensure all exchanges and refunds are authorised by a Manager. The correct procedures must then be applied to the returned stock.
Organise the stockrooms according to management guidelines
Improve stock identification

Requirements:

Motivated, an energised individual with a positive attitude towards the role.
Strong commitment to luxury customer service and maintaining excellent store standards.
To be able to work on their initiative and be proactive.
To maintain a high level of communication at all times with clients, colleagues and all members of management.
Attention to detail.
Excellent 'people' skills
