Castlefield Recruitment are working in partnership with a Public Sector Organisation based in central Manchester to recruit a
Human Resources Manager on a
Permanent basis.

This post offers
hybrid working, with only 2-3 days required on-site.


£34,373 - £36,371 p.a.

Key experience and responsibilities;

  • Lead the development of a progressive, agile, dynamic workplace experience and environment which enhances employee engagement and wellbeing
  • Experience in leading a People Operation or HR function
  • Contribute to the sustainability of existing, and development of new, services across the Human Resources function
  • Work in partnership with the Senior Management Team to create and deliver a new strategy that is appropriately supported with good project management disciplines
  • Be a confident HR strategy adviser to the HR Committee, a newly formed subgroup of our Board of Trustees, engaging with Trustees on key HR issues, risks and priorities
  • Demonstrate the neccessary experience to undertake managerial, strategic, and operational responsibility in the HR function
