The Vehicle Wrapping Centre is the largest vehicle wrapping and graphic's company in the region and as part of WRPD Group we also offer a wide a range of graphic services across multiple industries and media types.

The Vehicle Wrapping Centre specialise in automotive customisation, vehicle graphics and fleet liveries, we take care of the entire process from graphic design and brand creation to the installation of a huge range of graphics and printed vinyl's.

Our clients range from small businesses and individuals to companies with larger fleets of vehicles.


OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

As a Graphics Designer/Creative Artworker you will be working alongside our core teams and be responsible for the design, production and co-ordination of graphics, full vehicle wraps and fleet liveries ready for installation.

This role offers a good balance of traditional graphic design tasks like brand creation and development as well as involve hands on work the print and production of vinyl - full training will be given if needed.

As part of our client-facing team you will also be required to deal with clients professionally with scheduled design meetings and answer the business phone when required.

Subject to completing the probationary period, there are excellent opportunities to progress well within the company.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• New vehicle graphic designs for all areas within the transport sector includes; cars, buses, trucks, vans, fleets, boats, bikes and more
• Become a product expert for bespoke vehicle graphic design solutions
• Drive the design process and take a key role in the design process
• Produce multiple designs and mockup visuals for Client approval
• Produce panelled artwork for print ensuring the artwork is of high quality and resolution
• Review final design with client before proceeding to print
• Prepare accurate, annotated visuals for technicians to work to/from.
• Creation of brand material and other sales literature for company branding and promotion
• Checking / Approval of prints

TECHNICAL JOB RELATED SKILLS

• Must be an experienced user of the Adobe Creative Suite Package.
• Must be able to manage multi design projects & ensure completion to a high standard.
• Must have demonstrable experience of creativity & design flair.
• Must be a practical person with a technical aptitude and be keen to build on your knowledge in a fast paced, challenging environment.
• Must have a good understanding of MS Office.
• Preferable: Any experience of product design, 2D & 3D Design, Graphic design & 3D modelling packages.
• Preferable: Knowledge / Experience of print production.
