- **Reed Education are recruiting for cover supervisors to support across Berkshire. We are keen to hear from those who have had previous experience teaching overseas or as a teaching assistant and want to see if potentially teaching is the right path for them.

As a cover supervisor, some of your day-to-day responsibilities may include

Covering lessons in teachers' absence
Working in partnership with the class teachers to support the development of individuals learning.
Being passionate about making an impact on the development of young children's lives.
Deliver lessons which have been planned for
Work in partnership with others in the school
Understand safeguarding policies and procedures within a school
Good organisation skills
Ability to contribute your own ideas to support with extension and enrichment tasks
Hold a DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a new one
The right to work in the UK
