At Nym, we are seeking a Junior HR professional who, like us, believes in challenging the status quo and pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

As a member of our dynamic Operations team at Nym, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Head of People Operations and contributing to the success of our global workforce of 50 talented individuals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.
  • Guide new employees through the assimilation process, ensuring they feel empowered from day one.
  • Handle offboarding procedures with empathy and professionalism, preserving the positive relationships we've built.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of employment contracts, always ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Maintain meticulous records and confidential employee data, demonstrating the utmost respect for privacy.
  • Collaborate with leadership to continue our commitment to equality and diversity, fostering an inclusive environment for all.
  • Develop initiatives that celebrate our differences and promote a culture of understanding.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to provide HR insights and contribute to strategic decisionmaking.
  • Craft and execute internal events that foster team unity and enthusiasm.
  • Develop strategies to enhance team processes, communication, and collaboration.

Requirements:


  • A passion for the web3 privacy landscape and the potential it holds.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field/experience.
  • A strong grasp of HR fundamentals and employment regulations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Proactive problemsolving skills and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency with Gitlab a bonus
  • UKbased, with the ability to commute to London once per week.
