Knowledge and Skills

8 years marketing experience in (re)insurance or financial services.
B2B and B2C experience.
Outstanding strategic planning skills.
Creativity, passion, energy, and a bias towards action.
Ability to think proactively and challenge common practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver ontime.
Ability to lead crossfunctional marketing and communications project and project teams.
Excellent communications writing and verbal skills.
Excellent collaboration and project management skills.
Vendor relationship management experience.
Ability to communicate effectively to corporate leaders, middle management, and partners and lead (influence) discussions to develop project objectives.
Technical skill basic knowledge social media image formats, web language, internet/intranet maintenance skills, use of multimedia tools and technologies.
