2020 Recruitment are working with a Glenrothes based client who are looking for an Administration Assistant to join their team on an initial temporary basis.


As the Administration Assistant you will be joining a successful business and will play a key role within the company.


The Role


As the Administration Assistant you will be responsible for all aspects of administration as well as managing the reception area and greeting visitors.

You will support other areas of the business when required and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard.


Working Hours
Monday to Friday with a 30 minute lunch break.


Duties & Responsibilities
As the Administration Assistant your duties will include the following:

  • Day to day administration tasks
  • Managing the reception area
  • Greeting visitors
  • Answering the phone and directing calls
  • Basic HR tasks (absence records etc)

Skills & Experience
To be considered for the Administration Assistant position you must have the following:

  • Experience in a similar role is essential
  • High levels of customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong administration and IT skills
  • Ability to complete tasks to a high standard
  • The ability to multitask

Package
As the Administration Assistant you will be offered the following package:

  • Negotiable hourly rate (£11.50 minimum)
  • Minimum of 12 weeks work
