Description

The objective of the Account Executive is to ensure a high quality, and profitable experience for private medical companies using Randox pathology services.

This is a pivotal role within a growing area in the company, providing strategy consulting for new customers, onboarding and training new customers to optimise their Randox experience, capitalising on account growth opportunities and ensuring that day-to-day enquiries and operational management requirements are met.

The Role:

Consulting potential new customers on how Randox can meet their needs and strategic goals.
Providing technical and product expertise throughout the sales cycle
Operation of the company Medical Information System, accurately updating correspondence, incoming data, and billing.
Consulting potential new customers on how Randox can meet their needs and strategic goals
Growing the value of existing account through crosssale and advocacy of existing or novel Randox services
The maintenance and reporting of the office accounts, completing relevant financial reports (e.g., weekly revenue, KPIs)
Monitoring and reporting on key trends and opportunities in the field which may benefit customers

The Successful Applicant:

Customer facing with excellent communication skills and high level of customer service
Ability to prioritise a busy workload in a logical fashion
Proficient level of IT literacy with experience generating reports
Previous experience working in the primary care or laboratory industry
Life sciences degree desirable
