About Our Client:


My client are an leading international legal business and due to recent growth, they are looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to join their successful team in Leeds.

They have been established for 10+ years and are reknown for their great family-feel working environment and endless progression opportunities.

The key duties of the Legal Secretary will involve:

  • Effective prioritisation and ownership of tasks whilst managing a full workload
  • Booking client and internal meetings, video and audio conferences
  • Preparing document bundles for fee earners
  • Preparing draft engagement letters
  • Opening and closing files
  • Filing, archiving, photocopying and scanning documents as and when required
  • Ensuring that client contact information is kept up to date on relevant systems
  • Assisting with the booking of travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Arrange client events, meetings and training sessions

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Legal Secretary will have/ be:

  • Excellent typing and audio skills.
  • Previous experience in the legal industry as an audio typist / secretary.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self
- motivated and able to work on own initiative

  • Detailfocused
  • Wellpresented with good people skills.
  • Organised and proactive in all aspects of work
  • Reliable, punctual and accurate

Upto 25k Salary + Hybrid working model + Monday - Friday hours + great benefits
