About Our Client:
My client are an leading international legal business and due to recent growth, they are looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to join their successful team in Leeds.
They have been established for 10+ years and are reknown for their great family-feel working environment and endless progression opportunities.
The key duties of the Legal Secretary will involve:- Effective prioritisation and ownership of tasks whilst managing a full workload
- Booking client and internal meetings, video and audio conferences
- Preparing document bundles for fee earners
- Preparing draft engagement letters
- Opening and closing files
- Filing, archiving, photocopying and scanning documents as and when required
- Ensuring that client contact information is kept up to date on relevant systems
- Assisting with the booking of travel and accommodation arrangements
- Arrange client events, meetings and training sessions
The Successful Applicant:
The successful Legal Secretary will have/ be:
- Excellent typing and audio skills.
- Previous experience in the legal industry as an audio typist / secretary.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self
- Detailfocused
- Wellpresented with good people skills.
- Organised and proactive in all aspects of work
- Reliable, punctual and accurate
